Shipping Information

Our shipping rates are calculated through Australia Post All orders are shipped within 24 hours of being printed. Printing typically takes 3-5 days from receipt of artwork approval (subject to availability of stock). If we are aware of any significant delays, we will contact you. But if you otherwise have not received an order within 10 days of last contact with us, please notify us (with reference to your order number) by emailing: [email protected]

Refunds and Returns

Your satisfaction is our first priority at Envelope ink. If the bulk of your goods are faulty or damaged upon receipt, or the print is not to a reasonably acceptable industry standard quality, then we will gladly re-supply. All re-prints are subject to us receiving the rejected goods back within 7 days of raising the issue. No claims will be accepted unless raised within 14 days of the original delivery. Please note that in most cases, refunds are not possible once an item has been printed. We will instead re-supply to satisfy the original order.

Claims Process

To let us know of an issue with your received goods, please email us at [email protected] And please ensure you include the following information:
  • Your Name & Business
  • Your Order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email)
  • A description of the issue
  • If possible, a photo clearly showing the fault
  • The current location of the goods
  • And what you would like done (ie. a re-print, or just general feedback)
We aim to respond to any issues within 24 hours.
